Thank you for choosing Happy Snapss. By booking and purchasing a photography package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Attendance on Photo Day
If your child is absent from the childcare centre on the scheduled photography day due to illness, travel or any other reason and is therefore unable to participate in their photography session, you are entitled to a full refund of your prepaid package.
Refunds are not processed automatically. To request a refund, the parent or guardian must contact Happy Snapss within 30 days of the scheduled photography date.
Child Participation
Our photographers are experienced in working with young children and will always make every reasonable effort to help each child feel comfortable and capture beautiful photographs in a relaxed and positive environment.
We understand that some children may be shy, distressed, overwhelmed or simply choose not to participate on the day. If, despite our reasonable efforts, your child is unable or unwilling to participate and no suitable images are captured, Happy Snapss may offer a partial refund, account credit or re-photograph (where available), depending on the circumstances of the session.
The remaining amount is retained as the photography session fee, which covers the scheduled photography service and the professional time and resources allocated to your child’s session.
Image Delivery
If one or more high-quality images of your child are successfully captured and delivered, the photography service will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be applicable.
Happy Snapss carefully selects and professionally edits the best images from each session. We cannot guarantee a specific number of photographs, poses, smiles, facial expressions or eye contact, as every child is unique and participation varies.
Unedited images and images not selected for the final gallery are not supplied.
Cancellations & Changes
Once a booking has been placed, changes to packages or orders may not be possible after photography has taken place.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright of Happy Snapss. Purchased images are licensed for personal use only and may not be altered, sold or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Happy Snapss.
Refunds After Image Delivery
Once digital images have been delivered or downloaded, or products have been supplied, refunds are not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If photography cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Happy Snapss, including photographer illness, emergencies or other unforeseen events, the session may be rescheduled or an appropriate refund or credit will be offered.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions form part of your agreement with Happy Snapss.
